Sakshi Chand believes basketball is more than a sport—it is a powerful teacher of strength, resilience, and purpose. From competing at the national level to mentoring young athletes, her journey has been driven by a deep commitment to giving back to the game that shaped her.

As a leader and mentor, she is passionate about developing athletes not only for performance on the court, but also for confidence, discipline, and character off it. Her approach focuses on guiding, supporting, and challenging young players to discover their potential with clarity and self-belief. Sakshi is especially committed to empowering young girls and boys who dream big and work relentlessly. As Director of the company, she envisions a future where talent is nurtured, passion is valued, and every athlete is given the opportunity to grow, lead, and succeed.

 Vipul Malik is a seasoned basketball professional and sports administrator with over 12 years of experience as a player, coach, referee, and leader in the basketball ecosystem. A National Referee with the Basketball Federation of India and an NIS-qualified coach from the Sports Authority of India, he has officiated international wheelchair basketball events and coached athletes across state, university, and national levels. He has successfully developed 3 national players, 3 university players, 1 professional player, and 16 state players, and has served as a Technical Delegate for CBSE and ICSE Board Sports and Games. As Director of Provision India, he brings a performance-driven vision focused on excellence, structure, and sustainable sports development.

Devansh Pathak is a National Gold Medalist in basketball with over 9 years of competitive playing experience at the state and national levels. He has represented his university for two years and brings a strong performance background to athlete development. An NIS-certified coach under the Sports Authority of India, Devansh also serves as a state-level basketball referee and has over four years of coaching experience with schools and district teams. He is currently the Coach of the District Basketball Team, Unnao, and is known for his structured, discipline-driven coaching approach. As Director of Provision India, Devansh Pathak contributes technical excellence, competitive insight, and a strong development-focused vision to the organization.
